Shipping & Returns

Delivery
All orders on Langeleggings.nl is handled with the utmost care by our fulfillment center. We'll ship your order by regular mail. If you order one item and it fits in a letterbox package, we'll ship it in a letterbox bag via DHL. Ideal, because you don't have to pick it up or stay home for it. You can track your order with a track and trace code. If you order multiple items, we'll ship them per parcel via DHL.

Deliveries to Belgium are sent via PostNL.

Delivery time
Delivery time to the Netherlands is 1 business day. To Germany and Belgium, delivery time is 2 business days. If shipping takes longer for any reason, we will send you an email or it will be noted in the product description.

Postage costs
Within the Netherlands: €4.30. Orders of €50 or more receive free shipping within the Netherlands.

Belgium & Germany: €4.95. Free for orders over €150.

Returns
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You will then receive a full refund.

Return costs
Return costs are your responsibility. You can register your return through our online returns portal and, if necessary, request and pay for a return label immediately. You can also simply register your return and pay for the shipping yourself.

Want to exchange something? Then register your return. And order it yourself . a different size.

Money back within 14 days
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Exception tights
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided the tights packaging has not been opened. This is for hygiene reasons, but also because we won't be able to properly repack the tights and therefore won't be able to sell them again. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. Please note: if the tights are not long enough (despite your claim to the shop), please contact us. We'll see how we can resolve the issue.
